One full day. Entirely yours.

A one-to-one therapeutic immersion designed to reset the body, regulate the nervous system and address the root causes of pain, tension and imbalance. This is not a treatment. It is a dedicated immersion into your body.

What is a Healing Immersion?

Beyond surface relief, into the deeper layers.

For one full day, the focus is entirely on you: your patterns, your history, your physical condition and what your body is holding.

The work goes beyond surface relief and into the deeper layers where dysfunction, compensation and stored tension originate. There is no fixed sequence or routine. The process adapts in real time, guided by what your body reveals and what it needs at each stage.

Through a combination of hands-on therapy, nervous system work, movement, breathwork and guided reflection, the body is supported to release, reorganise and restore balance. Periods of deep work are balanced with moments of rest, so each shift can settle as it happens.

For those who seek more

When meaningful change needs time.

Designed for people who value depth, discretion and a truly personalised approach, and who are ready to step away from the pace of daily life so their body can be fully seen, understood and supported.

The immersion works with deeper patterns the body has been holding over time:

  • Long-term physical pain
  • Postural imbalances
  • Nervous system overload
  • Emotional or physical trauma that still affects how the body feels and functions, often draining energy, clarity and quality of life

The flow of the day

From regulation, into deep work, then integration.

Every immersion is shaped around what your body, nervous system and life circumstances need on the day. The flow below is a guide, not a fixed schedule. Nothing is rushed or forced.

01 · 30–45 min

Arrival, grounding & discovery

Intention setting if you wish, and deep listening to understand your symptoms, emotional patterns, stressors and long-held tension.

02 · 30–45 min

Nervous system regulation

Gentle vagus nerve work, breathing support and manual listening, helping the body settle into a safer, more receptive state.

03 · 2–3 hours

Deep therapeutic bodywork I

Hands-on work tailored to your body: neck, shoulders, spine, hips, diaphragm, abdomen and fascial connections.

04 · 20–30 min

Integration break

A quiet pause to rest, hydrate, reflect or journal while the body processes and stabilises.

05 · ~1 hour

Coaching & lifestyle integration

Exploring emotional patterns, habits, stress, recovery and practical strategies for lasting change.

06 · 2–3 hours

Deep therapeutic bodywork II

Deeper work informed by the morning: fascial, abdominal and visceral, cranial release, heat cupping or Hijama where appropriate and agreed.

07 · 45–60 min

Nourishment & grounding

A simple, nourishing home-cooked meal, shared to slow down and ground the body after deep work.

08 · 30–60 min

Movement & reconnection

Stretching, mobility, breath coordination and personalised movement to reconnect the body to healthier patterns.

09 · 30–45 min

Closing reflection & plan

Reflecting on the shifts of the day, with recovery recommendations and personalised next steps.

The space

Calm, private, removed from the city.

The environment is part of the work. The immersion is best held in a private, quiet setting such as a villa or private residence, with natural light, fresh air and, ideally, access to an outdoor area.

Visiting Thailand? The immersion can be held at your villa or residence if it is suitable. If you would like help finding the right space, Nad can arrange one for you, with the venue cost charged separately. Nad can also travel to you, with flights and travel expenses covered by you.

Client stories

★★★★★

“The most transformative bodywork I’ve ever experienced.”

Nader took time to understand my story, including the challenges I face from burn scars that limit my mobility. What followed was the most transformative bodywork I’ve ever experienced. Nader worked intuitively through areas of deep tension, and my back and neck felt lighter and freer than they had in years. He supported and stretched my body with incredible strength and care. Beyond the physical, his presence and insights left a lasting impression. I’m truly grateful for the experience.

Nader Marwani

“Healing is not something I chose. It is a gift that chose me.”

From an early age, Nad felt a natural ability to sense where the body holds pain and how to help release it. With formal training to support that path and more than ten years of hands-on practice, his work is guided first by energetic resonance and the body's own wisdom.

How is this different from a Healing Ceremony?
A Healing Ceremony is up to 7 hours, usually held in Nad's treatment room or sometimes at your home. It can also continue over several days.
Where does it take place?
At your villa or residence, if the space is suitable, or in a private space arranged for the day. Nad can help you find and book the right place.
Is the venue included in the price?
No. The immersion fee covers Nad's work, the meal and three months of support. The cost of the space is separate. If you would like help booking a villa or private space, Nad can arrange it and the venue cost is added on top.
Can Nad travel to me?
Yes, Nad can travel to where you are. Flights, travel and accommodation expenses are covered by the client, on top of the immersion fee.
How long is the day?
Approximately 10–12 hours. Please keep your schedule clear before and after, so there is space to integrate.
What if I have a medical condition?
Please share any medical conditions, injuries or ongoing treatments in advance, so the experience can be adapted safely. Hijama is not suitable for everyone, including during pregnancy or menstruation, or with specific blood-related conditions.
What happens after the immersion?
Healing often continues after the day itself. Three months of post-immersion support is included, by message or by scheduled call where appropriate. The depth of the experience also depends on your openness and consistency, during and after the immersion.

When the body is heard, the soul begins to speak.
